SMS Messaging Disclosure
Explicit Opt-In
Your phone number will only be used for SMS messaging when written permission is obtained from you. A form to request this services can be obtained in our offices by request. Written permission will be stored on premises. Opt-in cannot be done over email, phone, or through texts.
Disclosures
Types of Message You May Receive – You will only be messaged updates about ongoing work. This includes timeline updates, alerts on the beginning and finishing times of projects, delay notices, or requests to call our office. You will never be messaged ads, requests for information, or request for payments.
Message Frequency – Message frequency varies on an issue-by-issue basis.
Opt-Out Instructions – To opt out of messaging, reply “STOP” to any message you receive from iWat LLC. Instructions on this procedure will be included in messages sent to you.
Requests for Assistance – You may reply to any message with a question, such as requesting an update on work, in plain text, or request help by texting HELP. If the request is too complicated to respond to in text, an iWat representative will contact you to schedule an in-person or phone conversation.
Costs
iWat LLC does not charge for messaging services.
