iWAT’s Experience at the 2025 Tri-State Leadership Summit

On October 1, 2025, the Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown was buzzing with energy as leaders from across the region gathered for the Tri-State Leadership Summit. The event brought together professionals eager to grow, connect, and lead with clarity and purpose.

Our team at iWAT was proud to be a part of it from start to finish. From helping with registration in the morning to connecting with attendees at our vendor table and even building the event website, we were all in and loved every minute.

It was inspiring to see so many people come together to focus on leadership, marketing, and technology. Throughout the day, attendees heard from an incredible lineup of speakers including Sierra Collins of Sierra Learnership Collaborative, Eric Murr from Kegerreis, and keynote speaker Jay Foreman, a John Maxwell-certified leadership trainer.

Our own Robert Fulcher, Founder of iWAT, also took the stage to talk about how technology and leadership intersect. His session highlighted how the right systems and strategies can help organizations cut through the noise and focus on what really matters — clear communication, smart strategy, and strong leadership.

The day wrapped up with networking and great conversations that left everyone feeling recharged and ready to lead. We’re thankful to have been part of such an impactful event and to connect with so many inspiring people in our community.
